Sumash Tech is seeking a highly creative, innovative, and tech-savvy professional to join our Creative Department. This is a dynamic role that combines video production, content development, and creative strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging multimedia content, generating creative campaign ideas, leveraging AI tools for content optimization, and contributing to the overall growth of our digital presence.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 01 year of experience in Content Creation, Video Editing, Cinematography, or a related creative field.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝟭 - 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Edit high-quality promotional and social media videos.
• Create motion graphics, visual effects, captions, and engaging video content.
• Ensure all video outputs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage the complete post-production process, including color correction, audio enhancement, and final delivery.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝟮 - 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Develop compelling content for social media, websites, blogs, and digital advertisements.
• Research industry trends and audience preferences to create relevant and engaging content.
• Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝟯 – 𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Capture high-quality video footage for commercial, promotional, and creative projects.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and related equipment.
• Work closely with the creative team to achieve the desired visual style.
• Ensure proper framing, focus, exposure, and overall video quality.
• Assist in planning shots and executing production schedules.
• Maintain and manage filming equipment during shoots.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing tools.
• Experience in content planning, script writing, and social media content creation.
• Solid understanding of cinematography, camera operation, composition, framing, and lighting techniques.
• Knowledge of color correction, color grading, motion graphics, and audio editing.
• Ability to research trends and develop engaging content ideas for digital platforms.
• Experience with professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, and other production equipment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
